For some, the prospect of learning in a group is daunting.  Others feel reluctant to share personal information in a group setting.  We therefore offer access to the Stop Seeing Red material through a series of 10 one-to-one sessions, each an hour in length, for a fee of £800.  For those wanting to take their learning further, subsequent sessions (at £80 per hour) can be booked on a one off basis.  Booking a total of at least 14 sessions is recommended.
